The object of the present invention is to improve adhesion of PVDF to other materials and to provide processes for preparing multi-layered material containing the same. The first claimed process for laminating polyvinylidenefluoride resin onto another material which inherently do not adhere to the polyvinylidenefluoride resin is characterised in that an intermediate layer containing thermoplastic polyamide elastomer(s) and/or thermoplastic copolyester elastomer(s) is interposed between the polyvinylidenefluoride resin and another material. The second claimed process is characterised in that the PVDF resin is mixed with thermoplastic polyamide elastomer(s) and/or thermoplastic copolyester elastomer(s).
