Improved single-use toothbrush with incorporated toothpaste, comprised of a one-piece plastic body defining the handle and the head of the toothbrush, said head having outlets for the toothpaste and the bristles, the toothpaste being provided inside a chamber which is situated in the body of the toothbrush; part of the handle is deformable so that, when pressing said deformable zone, the toothpaste comes out through the perforations of the toothbrush head and incorporates to the bristles; in order to cooperate in ejecting the toothpaste, a perforation is provided axially at the free end of the handle.
