<p>Flooring free from generating a noxioux gas, such as hydrogen chloride even when a fire occurs, suitably subjected to dry maintenance using a high-speed buffing machine, and having high scratch resistance, contamination resistance and abrasion resistance, and a remarkably high adhesion with respect to a floor ground surface, characterized in that the flooring is made by admixing an inorganic filler with a base material of olefin resin, and has a superficial layer containing at least 1-10 wt.% of wax. Preferably, the flooring has a rear surface layer laminated on the lower side of the superficial layer, formed by admixing an inorganic filler with a base material of an ethylene - vinyl acetate copolymer or a mixed resin of this copolymer and other olefin resin, and containing 1-10 wt.% of rosin. This flooring can be used extensively for office buildings, condominia, and transportation machines, such as vehicles, ships and aircrafts.</p> |
