Compounds of general formula (I), as defined in the description, salts, hydrates, solvates and therapeutically acceptable prodrugs thereof, as well as racemic forms and enantiomers thereof, are disclosed. A method for preparing the compounds, and pharmaceutical compositions containing said compounds as the active principle for treating and/or preventing acute or chronic inflammatory diseases, are also disclosed.
