The invention relates to a plate-shaped heat-radiation element with a core (4) consisting of a metal honeycomb body which is provided on both sides with a glassfibre-reinforced reaction-resin coating (6, 8) and is equipped on one or both coatings (6, 8) with a thin facing plate and in which heating tubes (12) for hot water are arranged. A light and robust heat-radiation element which can be used in a variety of ways is thereby created. It is especially suitable for use in bathrooms.
