An engine is created with a stator (12), in which a rotor (10) is eccentrically located; said rotor (10) is equipped with at least two cylinders (26), at which, in every cylinder (26), a piston (19) ended with a shank (27) is movably placed, and into the bottom of every cylinder (26) one channel (23) discharges; the rotor (10) is pivoted on the shaft (1) which is firmly coupled with the stator (12), at which in the shaft (1) a working channel (20) is formed, interconnected with a peripheral working groove (22A) of the shaft (1), corresponding with one channel (23) discharged into the bottom of one cylinder (26), and a scavenging channel (21) interconnected with a scavenging peripheral groove (22B) of the shaft (1), corresponding with the other channel (23), discharged into the bottom of the second cylinder.
