Light=permeable repeller for wind power machine

In a first variation, light-permeable plastics (2) is reinforced by the insertion of glass fibres (3). The vane peak brake (4) is activated by a shaft (1) of glass fibre-reinforced light-permeable plastics and the complete repeller vane is light-permeable.In a second version the light-permeable plastics is reinforced by the insertion of a high strength wire netting. The vane peak brake is activated by a shaft of light-permeable plastics reinforced with very strong wire netting. The repeller vane is at least partly light-permeable. In a third version the complete repeller including the shaft activating the vane peak brake is made of light-permeable plastics.
