A magazine (10) for a slide film (12) is designed as a cassette (14) with two spaced apart compartments (16) and a frame (18) that interconnects the cassette compartments (16). A slide film rotary reeling body (28) is arranged in each cassette compartment (16). Each reeling body (28) has coupling means (30) to a driving device (32) for moving the slide film (12) back and forth along the frame (28). The cassette (14) has a housing in two parts (36, 38) that enables the slide film (12) to be set into the cassette and replaced.
