Oxazolidinone derivative of general formula (I), wherein X = O, S, NH or NA; Y = aziridino, azetidino, pyrrolidino, piperidino, hexahydroazepino or piperazine, each substd. by R2; R1 = a gp. of formula (a) or (b); R2 = CrH2rCOOR3; R3 = H, A or Ar; A = 1-6C alkyl; B = H, A, 3-7C cycloalkyl, CkH2kAr or amidino; Ar = phenyl or benzyl (both opt. substd. by 1 or 2 of A, Cl, Br, I, NO2, CN, OH, OA, NH2, NHA or NA2); k = 1-4; m, r = 0-4; and n = 2-4 and its physiologically suitable salts inhibiting binding of fibrinogen to the fibrinogen receptors and can be used for the treatment of thromboses, apoplexy, cardiac infarct, inflammations, arteriosclerosis, osteolytic diseases and tumours.
