The machine has at least one rake wheel (4) which is supported by a hub (3). It rotates around its vertical axis (5). The wheel is fixed on the machine frame and has several carrying arms with fingers for the hay turning. The carrying arms are supported on radial bearings (7) which are fixed in a lower side of a disc (10). The disk (10) is welded to the hub (3) and to an outer edge (12) of a supporting cover (11) protruded over it. The cover (11) has a centric hole (13) for the hub (3) and arranged holes (14) for bolted connection (23) with a flange (15) of the hub (3). On the outer edge (12) of the protruded supporting cover (11) there are projections (19) bent down, which are welded with the radial bearings (7).
