摘要 <p>PURPOSE: To improve thickness accuracy in a region where variation of rolling load is larger and to improve rolling yield by correcting the correction factor of screw-down location in accordance with the absolute value of variation in rolling load. CONSTITUTION: A 1st screw-down location correcting amount and a 2nd screw-down location recorrecting amount are inputted to an adder 100 and the sum of them is outputted to a screw-down location controller 6. In the screw-down location controller 6, by correcting the screw-down location by the value of the sum of the 1st screw-down location correcting amount which is calculated with a 1st arithmetic unit 20 for screw- down location correcting amount and the 2nd screw-down location correcting amount which is calculated with a 2nd arithmetic unit 30 for screw-down location correcting amount, the thickness of a rolled stock 1 is controlled. Moreover, the thickness of the rolled stock 1 is controlled and simultaneously the corrected screw-down location is also outputted to the 2nd arithmetic unit 30 for screw-down location correcting amount with the screw-down location controller 6. In this way, the variation of the thickness on the outlet side is controlled without rapidly changing the shape of the rolled stock and, further, highly accurate thickness control is attained, so that the rolled stock having good accuracy in thickness is stably obtained.</p>
