<p>PURPOSE: To process the heat history calculation of the dot of a thermal head at a high speed. CONSTITUTION: A space distance between a dot supplied with energy and a noted dot and an influence index by a time difference until the energy is supplied are stored in a memory 2. Further, multiplied results of all possible combinations of the values of the energies supplied to the individual dots and the index are stored as correction energy in the memory 2. A memory controller 4 detects the energy value supplied in the past to the noted dot and the adjacent dot and the index corresponding to the energy value, and reads the correction energy value corresponding to the combination of both. A calculator 9 decides the energy value to be supplied to the noted dot according to the value.</p> |
