PURPOSE: To provide a radial tire and its manufacturing method capable of improving the riding comfort performance by the vibration. CONSTITUTION: In a radial tire, the tire is fitted to a wide rim JA which is wider than the standard rim J ny 0.5 inch, the expansion of a carcass profile 9A in the meridian section of the tire when the inner pressure is changed from the condition where the 5% inner pressure of the regular inner pressure is filled to the condition of 100% inner pressure of the regular inner pressure is larger on a buttress part 10 than on a bead part 4, and the expansion of a carcass profile 9B during the inner pressure is changed is larger on the bead part 4 than on the buttress part 10 when the tire is fitted to the narrow rim JB which is narrower than the standard rim J by 0.5 inch. |
