A compressed air ejection nozzle 21 having a valve capable of controlling the air rate is arranged on the upper center of the cutter 14, and nozzles 22 and 23 inclined at a specified angle to the helical blade are arranged before and behind the ejection nozzle to suck the cuttings, the tips of the nozzles 21 to 23 are joined respectively to an edge cover 24, and the nozzles are integrally joined to a fixture 25 fixed to a mounting rack. |
