PURPOSE: To obtain the subject food in which the unpleasant smell and taste of docosahexaenoic acid(DHA) are masked without loosing taste characteristic to a food by adding fat containing DHA. CONSTITUTION: Artificial roe-like particles are produced by using fat containing DHA in an amount preferably >=10wt.%. By this process, artificial roe-like particles having taste characteristic to roe, which is not inferior to a conventional artificial roe-like particles and contains sufficient amount of DHA oil (preferably, 1-10wt.% in a final product), are obtained. |
