PURPOSE: To provide such a water-proof pan of a bath installation type as being capable of accommodating a level difference between a washing area and a bath installation area, without preparing another type of water-proof pan. CONSTITUTION: A water-proof pan of a bath installation type consists of a washing area and a bath installation area 14, separately. The peripheral wall 22 on the peripheral edge of the bath installation area 14 is substantially at the same height and a waist wall 30 which is separate from the washing area 12 and the bath installation area 14 and at a preset height in the vertical direction is arranged on the upper end of the peripheral wall 22 on the washing area 12 side. At the waist wall 30, the bath installation area 14 is jointed to the washing area 12. |
