PURPOSE: To improve the conformity of a record paper in a vessel and prevent jamming in a vertical carrying passage. CONSTITUTION: A record paper S is sent in a vessel 25 by a deflection unit 70A. When the deflection unit 70A is rotated and returned from a deflection position P2 to a non-deflection position P1, the rear end Es of the record paper S in the vessel 25 is push-pressed downward and corrected by the correction surface 75b of a correction part 75. As the front end Fs of a record paper Sn sent in the vessel 25 newly is guided by the guide surface 75a of the correction part 75 continuing to the guide surface 71a of a deflection claw 71, a collision with the rear end Es and both side edges of the record paper S in the vessel 25 and the entering between the paper surfaces on the rear end Es of the record paper S are prevented.
