<p>PURPOSE: To obtain colored fiber-mixed paper capable of preventing imitated duplication due to color copying machine, etc., by fixing a dye having prescribed hue to pulp-based cellulose fiber with Glauber's salt, further treating the fiber with a polyamine-based fixing agent, making the treated fiber into sheet, storing the sheet and mixing the sheet with a conventional paper stock when needed and making the mixed material into paper. CONSTITUTION: This method for producing the colored fiber mixed paper comprises charging a pulp-like cellulose fiber into a slush maker to control a paper stock concentration to about 6%, feeding the cellulose fiber to a beater, passing steam thereinto, heating the fiber to 80-90 deg.C, adding a prescribed amount of direct dye having an intermediate color such as brawn- or purple-based color and stirring these materials and adding Glauber's salt thereto, continuing to stir these materials further for 40-50min to fix the dye into the cellulose fiber, treating the fiber with a fixing agent such as a polyamine condensate, making the resultant colored fiber paper stock into paper sheet, cutting the sheet into a sheet having proper size, storing the sheet, adding the sheet to a conventional paper stock in papermaking stage when needed and mixing these components.</p> |
