PURPOSE: To prevent resin from oozing out with excellent workability in charge of skin material and in a short molding time by a method wherein a skin material cut to a specific size is placed on a frame to clamp its end part, molten resin is charged into a frame guide to be cast into a bottom force, and thereafter they are pressurized to be pulled out. CONSTITUTION: A skin material 13 cut to a specific size is placed on a frame 20, and its end part is clamped to be pushed on a rack part. Then, the frame 20 is charged from an open end side into an opening part of a frame guide 16 so that the skin material 13 reaches a press area. Thereafter, molten resin 14 is charged into a bottom force 12 with a charger 27 jointly provided to a press 10, and the molten resin 14 and the skin material 13 are pressurized. Then, at a stage wherein the press 10 starts pressurizing, the skin material 13 is released from clamping with the frame 20, and the frame 20 is pulled out from the opening part of the frame guide 16 of a top force 11. The following skin material 13 is set to the frame 20 while pressurizing with the press 10 is kept from this state, and the operation is repeated. |
