<p>PURPOSE: To suppress the excess heating of resin, to prevent the thermal deterioration of the heating step, and to stably manufacture the sheet of a predetermined width and thickness by softening the resin by ultrasonic oscillation energy by binding a roller in contact with an ultrasonic oscillator in contact with the resin and rolling it. CONSTITUTION: A roller 3 is connected to an ultrasonic oscillator 1 via a roller bearing 2. The roller 3 is ultrasonically oscillated to soften resin on a flat plate or other roller (not shown), and rolled to be a sheet. The thickness of the sheet is regulated by the gap amount between the roller 3 and the flat plate or the other roller. When the resin sheet having a predetermined width is manufactured, a round edge 4 is provided on the roller 3, and regulated by the gap between the edges 4. The edges 4 are freely set at the interval to be movable.</p> |
