<p>PURPOSE: To provide a wheel set automatic assembling device for assembling an axle and wheels automatically. CONSTITUTION: A wheel set automatic assembling device 1 has a base 2, stands 3, 4 erected on the base 2, a wheel set holding device 5, wheel holding devices 6, 7, an axle level detecting and adjusting device 10, a press-fitting device 11 with speed regulating mechanism, a sleeve 8 provided at the stand 3, a sleeve 9 provided at the wheel holding device 7, and a back gage detecting device 12. A wheel set is assembled while automatically detecting and adjusting by setting an axle 15 to the axle holding device 5 and wheels 14 to the wheel holding devices 6, 7.</p> |
