<p>PURPOSE: To obtain excellent heat resistance and molding processability, in a damping laminated steel panel wherein a damping layer is interposed between steel panels, by closely bonding foam obtained by foaming a foamable raw material under heating to steel panels to form the damping layer integrated with the steel panels. CONSTITUTION: A foamable raw material 4 is allowed to fall on a steel panel 2 from the charging port 8 of a hopper 6 through a mesh like member 10 to be uniformly laminated to the surface of the steel panel 2. After a predetermined amt. of the foamable raw material 4 is applied to the steel panel 2, one steel panel 2 is superposed on this steel panel 2. In such a state that a predetermined distance ready to form a damping layer is kept and held between two steel panels 2, this laminate T is heated. The foamable raw material is foamed through a molten state by heating the laminate T to form foam 12 which is, in turn, closely bonded to the upper and lower steel panels 2 by the bonding strength developed on the surface of the foam 12. At this time, by keeping a predetermined distance between two steel panels 2, a predetermined foam shape can be molded.</p> |
