PURPOSE: To provide a door trim for a vehicle furnished with a soft arm rest part without using a pad, etc., and to provide a manufacturing device to manufacture the door trim in a simple process without forming a skin material in a sheet shape. CONSTITUTION: Molten resin 12melt to be a skin material 12 in a state where a slide mold 20a provided with a protruded part 20al is supplied to on a wooden base material 11 set on a female mold 20. Thereafter, both of the forming molds 20, 21 are put together, and the molten resin 12melt is hardened between both of the forming molds 20, 21. Thereafter, the slide mold 20a is retreated, and the protruded part 20al of the slide mold 20a is retired to the back side of the base material 11. In this way, a door trim for a vehicle provided with a plural number of bottomed holes 12a on the side of the base material 11 of the skin material 12 os an arm rest part is manufactured. |
