CONSTITUTION: There are provided a cement tile substrate 2 and a solar cell 4 which is supported on a frame where the cement tile substrate 2 is fixed with a roof surface by means of a nail 5 having a female screw on the head and a gasket 52. The frame 3 of the solar cell 4 is fixed with the head of this nail by joining a screw 7.
