PURPOSE: To protect a worker from reflecting light of laser beam and harmful gas generated during machining and to prevent fire due to spattering/gouging as well as interference of a machining head. CONSTITUTION: The rear side of a gate type frame 9 is completely covered by a rear cover 19. The front side is completely covered with an upper part cover 21 to cover the upper face of base 15 and free to be wound, a side cover 23 to cover both sides and a front cover 25 to cover front face. Because the winding device to wind upper part cover 21 is arranged at front side of the moving line of machining head 11, when the upper part cover 21 is closed or wound, it does not interfere with the machining head 11. A lock pin is arranged to the front end part of machining table 17 free to protrude upward, because the upper part cover support part 29 connected to the lock pin is arranged to the tip part of upper part cover 21, the upper part cover 21 can be closed by transferring of the machining table 17 in connecting. |
