PURPOSE: To provide a production unit capable of continuously producing twisted thready konjak (devil's tongue) at low cost with a simple scheme free from any movable mechanism. CONSTITUTION: A spiral guide 4b is provided along the inner wall of a pipe 4a set up nearly vertically, and a plenty of thready konjak are fed by free-fall fashion together with hot water from the upper side of the pipe 4a, the falling hot water is subjected to spiral flow generation, and the objective twisted thready konjak is drawn out from the downstream side of the pipe 4a. |
