PURPOSE: To improve a heat resistance of a grounded part without impairing grounding properties and an appearance and to easily obtain a bottle having a high mold fidelity by a method wherein a parting line between a body mold and a bottom mold is positioned inside a position corresponding to a grounded part of a bottle, and an air vent hole is formed in the vicinity of the position corresponding to the grounded part. CONSTITUTION: A mold 1 is composed of a body mold 2 and a bottom mold 3. The body mold 2 has a two-split structure. A parting line 4 between the body mold 2 and the bottom mold 3 is positioned inside a grounded part 11 of a bottle 10. A distance between a position corresponding to the grounded part 11 of the bottle 10 and a position of the parting line 4 is appropriately set in accordance with the shape of a bottle bottom part, a range requiring a heat resistance, and the like. Furthermore, an air vent hole part 5 is provided in the body mold 2 in the vicinity of the position corresponding to the grounded bottle part 11. The hole part 5 prevents stagnation of air at the time of blow molding to ensure a mold fidelity. |
