PURPOSE: To employ to manufacture many kind and small quantity of production of synthetic resin sheetlike matter and to simplify the manufacturing steps by forming ruled lines by sheeting, and then sandwiching the cooled and solidified synthetic resin sheet between a roll having rules forming protruding stripes and a heater to form the rules. CONSTITUTION: A synthetic resin sheetlike matter is made of synthetic resin sheet made of polypropylene, propylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin, ethylene- propylene copolymer resin, styrene resin, vinyl chloride resin, etc., to be hard, semihard or soft. Various types of additives are added to the resin as required, and sheeted by an extruding method, a calendering method, etc. After it is cooled and solidified, rules are formed by sandwiching it between the roll 2 having the ruler forming protruding stripe 1a and a heater 3. As the heater, inner heating method such as ultraviolet oscillation heating, high-frequency induction heating, or external heating method such as nichrome wire, etc., may be employed, and the inner method is preferable. |
