PURPOSE: To prevent that a decoration element is pressed by a heated sheet like material to generate the falling of fibers when a skin is bonded to the base material of a laminate. CONSTITUTION: A mold 25 on a skin side is equipped with a molding surface 25a, having the shape corresponding to the surface of the skin of a laminate and a recessed part 25b having the shape corresponding to a bonded decoration element 11 and a sheet like material 12A softened under heating is sucked toward the molding surface and the recessed part under negative pressure to be molded and a mold 20 on a base material side supporting a base material 10 having the decoration element bonded to the surface thereof at a predetermined place in a contact state and the mold 25 on the skin side sucking the sheet like material are allowed to approach each other to bring the sheet like material 12A softened under heating into contact with the base material to bond both materials. In this state, the decoration element and the sheet like element 12A on the upper side thereof are held to a non-contact state because a gap is provided between them and the sheet like material 12A is cut along the contour of the decoration element to remove the part covering the decoration element. If a cutter 26 for this cutting is provided along the edge part of the recessed part, a cutting process and a bonding process are unified. |
