PURPOSE: To minimize consuming power of an elevator and reduce load imposed on a winding motor by making liquid flow into a car liquid tank from a hoistway liquid tank when little passengers use the elevator, and compensating weight unbalance between a car and a counter-weight. CONSTITUTION: Upon a time zone of little passengers, an elevator is moved to the lowest floor to open a valve 5. Liquid moves to the lowest floor from a hoistway liquid tank 1 and is at a low position, however, flows into a car liquid tank 2. While watching the weight of the liquid in the car liquid tank 2 through a liquid weight signal 9, the valve 5 is closed when the weight has reached approximately 45% of rated load, approximately 1,300kg, or approximately 585kg. A value obtained by adding approximately 585kg to the load signal 12 of a cage 10 is used as a load used for judgment of a load compensation amount, a full car and overload for motor control. It is thus possible to minimize consuming power of an elevator by improving an unbalanced condition between the car side and the counter-weight side, and reduce load imposed on a winding motor of driving source. |
