PURPOSE: To obtain an irregular section having stable quality in a caulking hole by stably bearing molds even when the external surfaces of each mold forms an angle to each other molds, in which an outdoor side member and an indoor side member are bound by caulking a heat-insulating material. CONSTITUTION: At least two surfaces 16a, 16b or 17a, 17b in a plurality of surfaces are formed symmetrically to a surface 18 extended in the depth direction of caulking holes from the intermediate section of the caulking holes at a time when one caulking holes 12 of an outdoor side member 16 or an indoor side member 17 are formed or from the intermediate sections of the two caulking holes at a time when the two caulking holes are shaped. The angles of inclination of the receiving surfaces of receiving means such as backing rollers are equalized to the anglesθ,αof the surfaces 16a, 16b or 17a, 17b.
