PURPOSE: To improve chiefly slidability of an iron by disposing a first layer formed by coating substrate surface with water dispersed paint and a second layer formed by coating a paint made of tetrafluoroethylene resin and mica dispersed into water. CONSTITUTION: An iron is disposed on surface of a substrate 1 with a first layer 2 formed by coating a water dispersed paint composed of at least heat resistant polymers, fluorine resin and pigment, and a second layer 3 formed by coating a paint composed of at least one kind or combinations of tetrafluoroethylene resin, tetrafluoroethylene-perfluoroalkoxy ethylene copolymer resin, tetrafluoroethylene-hexafluoropropylene copolymer resin, tetrafluoroethylene-ethylene copolymer resin, and mica 4 whose grain size is made 50μm or less dispersed into water. The second layer may be added with whisker 5 of potassium titanate at a ratio of 20% by weight or less to solids. |
