PURPOSE: To arrange and support a potential lead-out section of an electrode stably near the apex of a cornea without blocking stimulating light from entering the retina by providing an isolated support part having a base end part of a wire arranged along it to form a tip of the wire into a flat plate shaped potential lead-out section with a free part thereof along which a support member is extended. CONSTITUTION: A support member 3 comprises a rectangular body piece 3a and a fold piece 3b successively arranged at one end of the body piece 3a through a fold 3x. An end part 3d of the fold piece 3b is isolated to make an isolated support part 3d for the base end part 2c of an electrode wire. A part 2b near the base end of the electrode wire 2 is arranged on the top surface of the fold piece 3b to be fixed with an adhesive piece 4 and the base end part 2c of the wire 2 is arranged on the top surface of the end part 3d of the fold piece 3b exposed and extended therealong. A free part 2a of the electrode wire 2 is extended by protruding from the support member 3 to form the tip thereof into a flat disc part 2e. An adhesive layer peelable from the skin of a human body, for example, an adhesive double coated tape is attached onto the rear of the body piece 3a of the support member 3 and the surface thereof is covered with a peeling paper. |
