PURPOSE: To improve the image density by displacing the control electrode of an electrode array downward. CONSTITUTION: An aperture electrode 10 has openings 12 of a lateral direction in a row state at substantially the central position of the longitudinal direction of an insulation sheet 11 having flexibility and made of polyimide resin film having a thickness of about 25μm and insulation, a control electrode 13 provided on the downstream side of the direction of the arrow F of the toner conveying direction of the openings 12, and a pair of fine slits 11a formed at both near parts of the direction perpendicular to the direction F of the electrode 13, thereby expediting the displacement of the electrode 13.
