PURPOSE: To enable stable electrification between bearing washers with a simple structure without being generated respective reductions of rotary torque loss and seal performance in a ball bearing. CONSTITUTION: Ends of an inner wheel 1 and an outer wheel 2 are closed by a contact seal 3, and an elastic material 5 with which the outer side surface of the contact seal 3 is covered is formed of a polymeric composition having electric conductivity. The electric resistance value of the contact seal 3 is set to the value of 100mΩand less, the inner wheel 1 and the outer wheel 2 are conducted through the contact seal 3, and thereby, it is possible to prevent rain and the like from invading onto a bearing. A referential contact type seal is utilized, and thereby, the contact seal 3 can be manufactured in a low cost.
