摘要 PURPOSE: To manufacture sliding material which is not fragile and easy to handle without damaging improved lubricating performance by reinforcing a part or entire surface except an oscillation surface of a solid lubricating composite material by shape memory alloy. CONSTITUTION: A cylindrical solid lubricating composite material 10 is formed by mixing, for example, tungsten disulfide powder as lubricating component and additionally alloy component mainly composed of copper and tin as binding material and baking them. While, shape memory alloy side is treated shaped memory processing for processing a round bar of ferroalloy mainly composed, for example, of Mn-Si-Cr into a cylindrical member 1 and then heating it at designated temperature. Then, an inner diameter of this member 1 is expanded by designated amount by using a mandrel. If the solid lubricating composite material 10 is put into the expanded shape memory alloy member 1 and then heated to designated temperature in an oven of atmosphere of nitrogen in this state, the inner diameter of the shape memory alloy made cylinder 1 shrinks and the solid lubricating composite material 10 is fixed such that its outer periphery part is wrapped by the shape memory alloy made outer casing 1.
