PURPOSE: To provide a coating sheet which has excellent flaw resistance (scratch resistance) soft touch and deep drawing moldability and can be easily manufactured without complicated manufacturing step and a method for manufacturing the same. CONSTITUTION: A coating sheet 10 is formed by laminating a front surface layer 1 containing thermoplastic urethane elastomer as a main ingredient and a base material layer 12 containing thermoplastic elastomer (e.g. thermoplastic olefin elastomer) as a main ingredient, and the elastomer for forming the layer 12 is crosslinked. Incidentally, the layers 11 and 12 may be laminated via an adhesive resin layer (e.g. acid modified ethylene resin layer) 13. Such a coating sheet 10 or 10' can be easily manufactured by molding a sheet by a co-extruding method, and then crosslinking the thermoplastic elastomer for forming the layer 12. |
