PURPOSE: To prevent the eccentric loading condition, and to prevent the meandering of a downstream belt conveyor when the downstream side-belt conveyor is turned in the plan. CONSTITUTION: The position control of a dropping position adjusting plate 20 is achieved by a position adjusting means 30 based on the detected signalsθandαof the present positional condition by a present positional condition detecting means 40 of the dropping position adjusting plate 20, the detected signal of the meandering quantity by a meandering detecting means 50, and the detected signal of the deviational angleϕby a deviational angle detecting means 60.
