PURPOSE: To heighten the absorbed energy in the fracture. CONSTITUTION: In the case of working a joint consisting of different materials having the brittle bonding interface whose impact value is small, the bonding interface 3 is worked in the direction orthogonal thereto, and the bonding interface is bent toward the base metal side by >=15μm to heighten the absorbed energy in the fracture. In the joint consisting of different materials in which the brittle reactive layer is generated at the bonding interface 3, the crack is linearly generated along the bonding interface 3 to deteriorate the absorbed energy in the fracture when the impact load is applied to the bonding interface 3. However, if the plastic flow of the upper exposed part of the bonding interface 3 is made in the direction of the base metal which is excellent in the impact performance and toughness by the machining, the crack in the impact fracture is generated in the upper exposed part of the bonding interface 3. Then, the crack is propagated in the base metal excellent in the impact performance, and the absorbed energy in the fracture is heightened.
