PURPOSE: To improve the accuracy of the evaluation of driving properties and stability during circling by mounting a turning-up travelling section, to which a car guidance line consisting of a clothoid curve is attached, to a turning-up passage section with a relaxation curve passage section smoothly connecting a linear passage section and a circular curve passage section between a section from the linear passage section to the flat circular curve passage section, in which a central angle within a specified range and cuvature are kept constant. CONSTITUTION: A tuning-up travelling section 3, to which a car guidance line L guiding a car is attached by driver's visual observation, is installed to a turning-up passage section 2. The turning-up passage section 2 has relaxation curve passage sections 6 smoothly bonding linear passage sections 4 and a circular curve passage section 5 between a section from the linear passage sections 4 to the flat circular curve passage section 5, in which curvature is kept constant. The central angleαof the circular curve passage section 5 is set in 140 deg. or 180 deg. or less.
