<p>PURPOSE: To easily control the viscosity of a coating material and the viscoelasticity of a gel film after film formation and to considerably extend condition ranges by using a mixture of two or more kinds of solvents as the solvent of the coating material. CONSTITUTION: A liq. contg. starting material is atomized, the surface of a body to be treated is coated with the atomized liq. and an oxide ceramic is produced. At this time, the liq. is composed of two or more kinds of solvents, at least one component has >=10mmHg vapor pressure at 20 deg.C and at least one other component has <=5mmHg vapor pressure and >=50cP viscosity at 20 deg.C.</p> |
