PURPOSE: To provide a power transmission belt which allows suppressing wear of the canvas surface and is equipped with a long lifetime. CONSTITUTION: The body of a canvas is treated with a treatment liquid as an aging preventive agent and then with another treatment liquid consisting of an early stage condensate of resorcinol formaldehyde and rubber latex. The obtained canvas is adhered to the surface of a belt body consisting of a rubber composition of peroxide vulcanized series. |
