CONSTITUTION: A thermosetting resin mixed with a crosslinking agent is heated and pressed by a mold 2 to obtain a resin molded product. After the thermosetting resin is arranged in the mold 2, a crosslinking agent of which the amount is the same as the volatilization amt. of a crosslinking agent voltatilized by the vacuum degassing in a cavity 3 performed in the clamping process of the mold 2 is supplied and the molding is performed. By this constitution, the ratio of the crosslinking agent to the thermosetting resin is not reduced.
