PURPOSE: To provide a spatially transmitted light reception module with which an optical signal converting current not to saturate a current/voltage converting circuit can be provided even when a distance to a light source is short and incidental light power is high. CONSTITUTION: This module is composed of a first photodetector 11 for converting an optical signal 10 from a light sourc 18 into a current signal, light shielding member 13 installed between the light source and this photodetector 11 and equipped with a window part 14 for transmitting the optical signal to this photodetector 11, second photodetector 12 installed around the first photodetector 11 and equipped with a current path for receiving the optical signal made obliquely incident from the window part 14 among the optical signals and subtracting the amount of a current to be generated corresponding to that optical signal from the current signal, and current/voltage converting circuit 21 for outputting a voltage signal corresponding to the current signal. |
