PURPOSE: To display a document of a window not seen because the document is below an upper window. CONSTITUTION: A document window control section 34 writes bit map data of a 1st window to a bit map section 31, and bit map data of a 2nd window are overwritten to the bit map section 31, and in this case, bit map data of the 1st window in a range overlapped with the 2nd window are read from the bit map section 31 and written in a save section 32 and the bit map data of the 2nd window are overwritten in the bit map section 31. Then the bit map data in the 2nd window and the bit map data in the save section 32 in the overlapped range are calculated and the obtained arithmetic result is overwritten in a range of the bit map section 31 to display the bit map data in the bit map section 31 onto a display device 7, then the range part is made transparent to display the document in the 1st window. |
