PURPOSE: To obtain a magnetic core which is securely insulated from a conductive wire wound on it by a method wherein an insulating layer formed of resin mixed with specific filler is formed on a certain region of the outer circumference of the core. CONSTITUTION: A magnetic core 1 is formed like a ring, and an insulating thin film layer 2 formed of resin mixed with filler is formed on all the inner, outer, and side circumference, 11, 12, and 13, of the magnetic core 1. The filler includes titanium oxide, iron oxide, nickel oxide, silicon oxide, chrome oxide, and carbon or silicon. The outer surface of the insulating layer 2 is roughened, whereby irregularities are provided on the surface of the layer 2 and set to 10 to 100μm which denotes half the sum of depth and width of them. By this setup, an insulating layer is surely protected against damage caused by vibrations or shocks, so that a magnet core and a winding wire are securely insulated from each other. |
