PURPOSE: To enhance the efficiencyηof recording magnetic flux as well as to simplify the formation of the coil of a magnetic head. CONSTITUTION: Electrically conductive films 30a-30f are laminated while interposing insulating films 31a-31c between magnetic bodies 10a, 10b constituting an upper core 10 and electrically conductive films 40a-40e are laminated while interposing insulating films 41 so as to coat the periphery of a magnetic body 20a forming a lower core 20. The electrically conductive films 30a-30f are then connected to the electrically conductive films 40a-40e with electrically conductive wires 50 to form a coil.
