SINTERING MACHINE-OPERATING METHOD AND RAW MATERIAL-LOADING DEVICE

PURPOSE: To eliminate a poor ignition of sintering raw material at a side end positioned above a pallet upper end on a DL sintering machine pallet. CONSTITUTION: End part raw material supplying adjustment baffle plates 10 are installed at both ends of a pallet width at an intermediate part between a drum feeder 8 and a drum shoot 9 of a raw material ore hopper 7. Angle of the baffle plates 10 can be changed by angle adjusting bolts 11. An angle of the baffle plates 10 is adjusted in response to ignition state at the side end of the raw material ore on the pallet and then an inclination angle (θ) at the side end part of the sintered raw material surface layer on the pallet is adjusted.
