PURPOSE: To suppress an error due to variation of an output current by providing a constant power source which supplies a constant current to a 2nd differential transistor(TR) circuit and a TR which supplies an output current to the collector. CONSTITUTION: When the output current at an output terminal 11 varies, the current flows to the collector of the TR 13 following the variation. Then control is so performed that only the constant current I3 by the current source 12 flows to the 2nd differential TR circuit 15. Therefore, the base-emitter voltage of the TR constituting the differential TR circuit 15 can be held constant irrelevantly to the variation of the output current, and the an error in the output due to the output current can be stopped. The limiter circuit of this constitution is connected in the feedback circuit of an amplifier to obtain a limiter circuit device which higher precision. |
