PURPOSE: To apply only a single type of a wiring between a main circuit and a control circuit from each power supply in terms of the facility and to ensure an operation similar to the conventional one by providing a means which secures the common use of both a control power supply and a main power supply and supplies the power voltage in two steps. CONSTITUTION: A transmission line 5 is connected to a drive 2 from the power lines 4 and a controller 3. The controller 3 turns on a switch (SW1 ) 11 and starts a control circuit 21 to a actuate the drive 2. The circuit 21 establishes the communication with the controller 3 and notifies the controller of the absence of abnormality. Thus the controller 3 turns on a switch (SW2 ) 12 to raise the supply voltage up to V2 from V1 . An internal voltage detection circuit 23 of the drive 2 turns on a switch 12 over a detection level VS to attain the supply of power to a main circuit 22 after the voltage is set at a normal level (V2 ). |
